Cancellation Policy: If an exhibitor cancels prior to January 10, 2020 a full refund of the exhibit fee will be made minus a service fee of $50 per booth. For cancellations made after January 10, 2020, and before February 14, 2020, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be made after February 14, 2020
